How do I buy from Mulebuy?
Once you've found something you like, ordering takes about five minutes. Here's the whole process from start to finish:
- 1
Find a product
Start on the Mulebuy spreadsheet. Search by keyword (try a brand like 'Nike', or 'cargo pants'), filter by category, or paste a photo to find a visual match among 10,000+ verified items. Every entry shows the seller, the price and real QC photos from earlier buyers, so you can judge quality before you commit. When you find something you like, just copy its product link — that's all you need for the next step.
- 2
Paste it into Mulebuy
Open the Mulebuy platform and paste the link into the search bar. The original listing loads with its options laid out for you. Choose your size, color and version — popular items often come in several batches at different price points — set the quantity, and add it to your cart. Repeat for as many items as you like; they all sit in one account, ready to be consolidated later.
- 3
Pay for your order
Check out and pay with PayPal, a credit or debit card, or your Mulebuy balance. At this stage you're paying the product price plus domestic Chinese shipping only — international freight comes later, once you've actually seen your items. Paying with PayPal's Goods & Services option adds buyer protection, so a small test order is a safe way to start if it's your first time.
- 4
Mulebuy buys & receives it
Behind the scenes, Mulebuy purchases the item from the Chinese seller on your behalf and has it delivered to its own warehouse, usually within a few days. You can follow each item’s status from your dashboard. Nothing leaves China yet — every purchase waits safely in your personal warehouse space until you decide to ship.
- 5
Check the QC photos
When an item reaches the warehouse, Mulebuy photographs it — close-ups of tags, stitching, soles, logos and hardware — and uploads the QC photos to your account. Review them carefully. If everything looks right, approve the item. If it doesn't, you can request a return or refund while it's still in China, before you've spent anything on international shipping.
- 6
Consolidate, ship & receive
Once your items are approved, combine them into a single parcel — consolidation is where the real savings happen, since one box costs far less than several. Use the shipping calculator to compare lines for your country (EMS, DHL, FedEx and more) by speed and price, pay the international freight, and track your parcel to the door. Most orders arrive within about 7–20 days.
